Variable speed control

The significance of this function is that the quality can be tightened at the highest efficiency. For example, if the locked product is glass or other fragile products, if it is tightened at a higher speed, the torque shock caused by the high speed will easily damage the locked product, but if it is lower, When the speed is tightened, the efficiency will become very low. At this time, the shift control can be easily solved. Only the tightening speed of the front section is required to be set to a higher speed, but only the last few turns of the teeth, the speed is changed to a low speed, so that the quality of the locking can be ensured, and the tightening efficiency is greatly improved. Variable speed control not only can change the speed from high to low, but also from low to high speed, and the shifting slope of the shifting speed and the starting angle of the shifting can be easily set digitally on the power supply.

● Practical rework mode. When the operator finds that the screw with the last function needs to be exited for some reason, the count value will be automatically reduced by one when the rework mode is activated to ensure that the count is not disordered.
Automaton connection / external control and output IO
When we need to tighten with the automaton, the power supply is connected to two ways.
● 485 industrial interface. Through the standard 485 industrial communication interface, external devices can be used to control the speed, angle, speed change and so on. We will open the complete protocol and related DEM0 code, so that users can quickly and easily connect the PLC and the electric batch quickly. Through the 485 interface, parameters can be set, and the current speed, angle and other parameters can be read to the host computer for analysis and display.
● Standard PLCIO optical isolation interface. In the absence of a 485 interface environment, it is also possible to connect via standard PLCIO opto-isolated IO. The product provides 3 sets of inputs, and 3 sets of IOs are processed, all of which are DC24V optical isolation. The three sets of inputs are used to control the forward and reverse rotations, and the three sets of outputs are 0K, NO, and the counts complete the three signals. By simple combination, external IO can be used for external control to realize the function of automatic lock.
